8 Step ONBOARDING Plan

Our Client Services Team use an 8 step approach to onboarding in collaboration with our Clients:


  1. CONSULTATION & REQUIREMENTS:
    we review your business and understand its operations. You provide us with any special requirements and we agree on the scope of delivery

  2. DATA DISCOVERY:   
    we understand the data you have, what needs to be migrated and how best to do so

  3. ZING BUILD:   
    we build your new production
    ZING environment, configure it for your business, and your data is imported

  4. DEMO & CHANGES:   
    we demo your new
    ZING environment, you test it and provide us with any feedback and changes needed. We receive a "sign-off" of the configuration and schedule a "go-live" date

  5. TRAINING:   
    in the week prior to "go-live" we provide your staff with
    ZING training, access to the Help Centre and tutorials

  6. Go LIVE:   
    we receive your latest data, which is uploaded and
    ZING is handed over to you and you're ready to go

  7. POST IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT:   
    we recommend you maintain your old system in parallel for at least two weeks after "go-live". You are provided premium response support during this period

  8. BUSINESS AS USUAL:   
    you close off your old system and we transfer support responsibilities to our Client Service Heroes and it becomes Business-as-Usual for your business
